Does not hold air for very long

I bought this because it was on sale. It does not hold air for more than 2 days. I would have returned it but I have already added custom strap mounts to if for the bungee cords. So I have glued the fill hole shut as that is where the leak was. It seems to have stopped the leak but I don't know how long it will last.
