First day using these loadable bars I was able to increase my incline press from 85-90 lbs max to 100lbs/side, w/ ease. They are extremely well balanced and feel great in my hands. Cannot wait to start loading more weight on and increasing my PR’s 100/100 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! To anyone serious about lifting!
