Versys VS.1 Coup de pied

Le Versys VS.1 est un simulateur de combat révolutionnaire conçu pour tous les types d'athlètes. Sa construction en vinyle durable comprend une base pré-remplie qui crée un rebond naturel, ainsi que des poignées supérieures et inférieures pour pratiquer des techniques allant des coups de genou aux projections. Recommandé pour les arts martiaux traditionnels, le kickboxing, le MMA et le fitness général, il peut être utilisé avec ou sans gants et est parfait pour les athlètes de tous âges.

Pratiquez tout, du sparring debout aux takedowns et aux entraînements au sol, avec des poignées supérieures pour le clinch et les coups de genou. Offre une surface de frappe plus grande que les sacs de frappe suspendus traditionnels ou les sacs autoportants lestés. La base pré-remplie et les propriétés de rebond naturel permettent un sparring continu et des frappes à faible impact. Développez la vitesse, la puissance, l'agilité, l'équilibre et le temps de réaction avec une surface de frappe complète pour les coups de pied bas et une plus grande polyvalence. We bought 3 of them for our dojo and love it. They are high quality and we expect them to last for some time to come. All the weight is in the base, so it becomes like an inflatable clown punching toy - this is good and bad, as you can use the swing back as a simulated counter attach, but also means sometimes you are waiting for the bag to return to an upright position.
The outer material can be hard on the hands, so some people prefer gloves + tape on the instep if you are using it for extended periods of time.

I've had this for about a year and a half now, and it's still going strong. In all that time, not a single mark, rip or tear even with hard strikes from (suitable) training weapons over the course of 20+ min workouts, along with numerous unarmed sessions. Nothing bothers it.

Hi Carol,The box is not much larger than the size of the bag itself. The box with the base is 20" x 20" and the larger box with the bag is 60" x 16". If you have a vehicle where you can drop the back seats or anything larger than a sedan, you will have no problem fitting it into the car.Regards
