Perfect for pilates

These are affordable and perfect for teaching Pilates spine neutralization and fundamental moves. As long as you’re not standing on them they will last a long time. The more dense foam ones are more durable - but much more expensive. These fit my needs perfectly. Service was amazing! They arrived in 3 days and were individually wrapped. There was no instruction guide included however - which is listed in the description

The FDD 36x6 foam roller that's on for $9.99 is it a medium density? Don't want a firm or soft one and difficult to find a 36 medium. Live in Wasaga Beach so may order online (depends on shipping) or if I can drop into your Barrie store...thanks very much.
