Exactly what you expect.

Ordered delivery and it came very well packaged. It was inside a sturdy cardboard tube with metal end-caps; inside it was wrapped in a plastic bag. I put a small amount of oil on the metal bushings. The knurling is good but not very aggressive.

Great all around lifting bar

During the pandemic the one gym exercise I really missed was bench pressing. This bar is perfect for the weight I’m lifting.
