I've been using this for about a week now and it's been great, seems to be the same level of quality as the foam rollers I use at my gym but at a way lower price point. If you're in the market for a foam roller, this is the one to get.

sturdy, can sit on it with no issue of breaking, great price and works exactly like the one at the gym. I use it for gluteal muscle tightness which leads to pain that feels like sciatica. Also great for getting into my rotator cuff tightness which leads to my chronic shoulder pain. Great product for calk muscle tightness too.

I've used the ones from the gym and they tend to lose their shape. It's better to have your personal one. This one is extremely durable and I use it to soften my tissue muscles before powerlifting. I'm now transitioning into a harder feel because of all the stress I'm now pushing into my next level of lifting.

This product is not the real, original "GRID" thats made by Trigger Point Performance. This product is the ProSourse "ULTRA DELUXE REVOLUTIONARY SPORTS MEDICINE ROLLER"
Im not saying its a copy-cat product or isn't any good, Treadmill Factory is just labelling it as something that its not, which can miss lead some (myself). Defiantly a foam roller to check out and compare to others

Purchased this online thinking (hoping) it would be a cheaper version of the rumble roller. Not so, but still like using it. Don't expect the ridges to dig in like the rumble roller does. I have the full size rumble roller and there is no comparison. The rubber material is too soft and it just acts like a regular roller, however it's a firmer than the regular roller thanks to the hard plastic core. Speaking of which, the core is hollow, so it's handy to throw your gym bag strap through it to bring to the gym with you (instead of using the disgusting ones at the gym). Recommended as a cheap, portable, and firm foam roller.
