Hi,How accurate is the 100lb maximum weight limit? I have a 110lb heavy bag and am not sure if the additional 10lbs will result in the stand breaking after a few uses or if the 100lb limit is more of a general recommendation.Thanks!

Hello, i'd like to know if I need to put weights to stabilize this punching bag stand with a 100 lbs punching bag? I'm thinking of being this stand for my house

It is a relatively heavy commercial stand. It does not shake al that much. You can also bolt it to the floor if you needed to or a lot of bags have hooks underneath it. You can connect the bag with a bungee cord to the stand to reduce movement of the bag.
