Mine works perfectly

I followed the instructions on the Youtube Video and mine works perfectly. Not sure about the other review but mine is excellent and nothing loose. I wouldn't put sand directly in the bag regardless as that is a recipe for it to leak (as is the case with any brand).

I would like to know if a 10 lbs or 20lbs filler bags are avalilable ? Thanks

The filler bags are only available in Medium (30 lbs) and Large (40 lbs). You would be able to fill those bags to the desired 10 or 20 lbs weight.

What is the guarantee on the bag? and how it works if something wrong?

HI Sylvain, the guarantee for home use is 1 year and 90 days for commercial use. If you have any issues you can always return it to any of our stores that you purchased it from.Thanks

I have two filler bags which were included in my sandbag purchase. There's no instructions on the best way to fill the bags. Could you please advise what the best way to do this is. Also can we buy additional filler bags if needed? is there a max load for the bag? thanks

Hi there, Can I fit both filler bags in at once? It looks like they are each thge same dimension as the bag. Would the capacity be 40 lbs. or 80 lbs.? Thank you
