Hello I'm really inexperienced with us however I live in an apartment I have an elliptical treadmill. However when I'm working on it people downstairs complain cuz they can hear it. I was just wondering if you have any ideas or of what kind of mat that may help me minimize the noise in the vibration especially the noise when I'm using the equipment?

Hi, I'm looking for a mat to go under an elliptical machine, and a mat to work out on (body weight, and dumb bells up to 35 lbs) - over hardwood floors. Could the 9mm rubber mat serve both purposes? I assume a fairly dense mat like this would be needed for both uses. Thanks!
