The bench is the best home gym bench I have had since I built my home gym during the pandemic. It beats more expensive benches easily. It is the small details that make the bench stand out. The width at the chest and head part is ideal for back support when lifting heavier. Also the hardness is well balanced by being soft enough so that you don't feel like you're benching off a rock but also stiff enough to give you proper support. The material is this non slip grade which will prevent you from slipping when sweating. Also the incline is ideal degree for incline bench and otherwise. The wheels actually slide pretty easily. I've had the benches where the wheels were stiff. There is a upright rod stand at the head of the bench which will prevent the bench from bending over time and give you additional security that the bench will not collapse. Finally there is only minimal space between the main pad and the seat pad the base of the bench. This means your lower back will have good support when benching and won't fall into the space causing an imbalance like with other benches. Some benches have an open space. Overall I think the bench exceeds its price by double. Highly recommended.

Bench is great. The extra piece needed to make the bench flat seems like a bit of an after thought... Other than that it's great.

I could tell by the picture that this was a high quality bench. Picked it up at the Markham location. Easy to adjust and move around. Only thing that was somewhat of a pain, time waster, was having to unscrew the bolts to take the plastic covering off the pads. other than that, it's a great purchase for the price.

I was looking for a bench that allowed for incline/decline capability for my home gym. I found it and more in the Ironax XFID1 FID Bench I picked up last week. It has an adjustable seat, and back board, the material is ultra-durable and the handle under the seat allows for simple moving of the entire bench with wheels at the other end. Simple out of the box setup that was put to use seconds after. First time buy at the Treadmill Factory in Markham, great & knowledgeable staff that will have me coming back again soon for my next purchase. ~dMac

Great adjustable bench for the home gym. Very sturdy and solid. Would highly recommend. There are no gaps in the flat position. Easy to adjust and maneuver around. Only thing I had to do was glue the rubber footings onto the rear foot support at each end.

Solid bench that doesn’t wobble. The only difference between this bench and the ones you use in commercial gym would be the pads external material. Only reason it’s 4 stars is because the support doesn’t slot into a spot when you attempt to use the decline. Other then that it’s amazing.
