Hi,How heavy of a bag can this mount hold? I saw that a few different answers to this above and they range from 125-250lbs and am a bit confused...Thanks!

The Treadmill Factory

When mounted to an XM RIG, the hanger is rated for a 250lbs bag.

What is the weight capacity of this mount?

The Treadmill Factory

Hi Sarah,When mounted correctly, this hanger can hold up to 250lbs.Thank you

Hello, Can this be used on the XM Omega Rack? Thanks

The Treadmill Factory

Hello ChuckYes it is compatible with the OMEGA power rack. You would need to bolt the power rack down if hanging a bag. A heavy bag will weigh it down on one side and you will notice more shake and instability in the rack.

Whats the weight capacity for this?

The Treadmill Factory

This unit could accommodate a heavy bag up to 250lbs when mounted properly to the XM Fitness Rig.
