Hello I recently purchased the xm single column. I have to say I am very impressed with my purchase. The machine is very smooth and appears to be very well built. The person I purchased the machine from (Kyle Dow) was excellent to deal with. I would purchase again .

Hello I recently purchased the xm single column. I am very impressed with my purchase. The machine appears to be very well built and it has a very smooth operation. The sales person Kyle Dow was excellent as well to deal with. I recommend this product and would buy again.

So my unit arrived a few days ago.
It turns out that one box of 5 x 10lb weight stack plates had been lost in transit. I reached out to the Treadmill Factory’s service team. Kaji provided me with very prompt, efficient and helpful service and I had replacement plates with me in about 4-5 days.
Then came the installation. The instructions are a single page exploded view in very small print. There is no step by step guide, and working out how the cable fits is also tricky. Stick with it though, because once finished it’s a great piece of kit that is sturdy and smooth, that will last many years. Overall very happy.

Its a complete machine for back, tricep, biceps and more. The only missing part with this one is a bench attachment for lat pulldown. Do you know where can i find one?

Assembly was a pain...unfortunately no decent instructions come with and the only instructions on line os a time laps that isn't much help at all. I recommend taking a bunch of pictures of a floor model to help you. It helped me a bunch. I'd still be putting it together if I didn't have show room pictures of my own.

Xm makes great stuff.
