Hello CarmineThank you for your question. The Xtreme Monkey Light Commercial Landmine 4" Sleeve is built into the landmine allowing for the option to use either an Olympic or standard bar.Regards

Hello MichaelYou do not have to bolt to the ground. You can use a plate or a dumbbell to weigh it down (this is what I do with mine at home)

Hello StevenThank you for your question. The Xtreme Monkey Light Commercial Landmine does not ususally come with the handle that is why it is not listed in the description of the item on the website. This was our march madness promotion which included the handle and the Landmine as a package deal, usually each item would be purchased separately. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me at tinika@treadmillfactory.ca or 905-944-0090Regards,Tinika

The Xtreme Monkey Light Commercial Landmine does not have to be anchored to the floor. To weigh the landmine down, Olympic sized (2') plates can be placed on the plate at the back of the landmine.
