we are really enjoying this glute bench in our personal training studio. It’s been great for clients doing hip thrusts (to support upper back). It’s also a great height to use for Bulgarian split squats & other bridge variations. The foam is firm without digging in & the quality of the vinyl feels thick & is non-slip. After ordering the small size we re-ordered a large size for our other studio. Highly recommend

Changed the hip thrust game for me. Love it. Only thing is I still need to put something behind so it doesnt move when I hip thrust. Therefore, could a little heavier or mote stable.

This absolutely destroys my glutes with hip thrusts. I’ve been doing barbell hip thrusts with a decline bench in my garage for 6 months but always struggled to activate my glutes and wasn’t seeing the gains I would have liked for the frequency and effort I put into it. I suspected it was due to my set up that I wasn’t able to get to a full 90 degree lockout at the top. And no way was I gonna break my back with a regular bench. So I got this thing and right away I could feel the whole 300lbs on my glutes. I got an insane pump and DOMS for like 4 days after using this. And not in my hamstrings for once. Super happy. And for reference I’m 5’7.5” and mostly legs and this is a good height for me.

I debated on getting the small or large glute bench. I’m 5’2” (157 cm) for reference. I’m happy I chose the small one because it is PERFECT for me. Hip thrusts are no longer a chore for me anymore. I don’t need to climb up my high bench with the barbell just to set up my hip thrusts. When I do the actual movement, my chest and knees are nicely aligned, and I can just focus on the exercise. Even better, it does not slide back. I actually look forward to hip thrusting. I hated how my bench would slide back while I climb up. But with this glute bench, it doesnt! This is my best purchase for my home gym so far and I do not regret buying it!
