This multi grip bar is strong and sturdy. Installing by yourself can be a bit tricky on a 9ft ceiling, but doable.
The only issue I encountered was there were a few washers missing from the packaging. Nothing a quick trip to your local hardware store won't fix.

Straight forward install - Much easier to install with an adjustable wrench/power tool than what is provided. Sturdy and well anchored into basement ceiling joists. Equivalent feel to a rig at w crossfit gym!

I purchased this chin up bar for a attic renovation project. It is very well built and I like all the various hand holds to work the muscles from a different perspective. I couldn't do the ceiling mount so I cut the vertical brackets, drilled a half inch hole in each one and bolted it to the rafters - the roof will come down before the bar does. Very pleased with the quality and it arrived to my door in a matter of days.

Mounted this on my ceiling in under an hour, feels solid as a rock. Nice finish. Lots of pullup/chinup options, looking forward to many years of regular use.

Very solid product. Had to mount a 2x6 across basement beams to allow for secure fastening. More of a house construction issue. Would highly recommend this chin up bar.

I love my newly installed Chin up bar. Easy instructions to follow and simple to install. I use all of the varied grips and it is definitely going to become a well used and well loved piece of equipment.
