very good vibration machine

This is an excellent unit. My wife and I use this daily as part of our weight training routine. I have found it useful to strengthen core muscles, reduce fatigue and assist in the rehabilitation of acute sore lumbar and neck pain (after a night of sleeping in the wrong position). This is a highly recommended unit with basic operations that is user friendly. It is also a portable and space saving unit if room limitations does not permit a larger unit. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Is this a vertical vibration plate?

The Fitness Factory

It is equal vertical plate, not a side to side motion.

Not sure how the straps work with this machine as they are not resistance bands but just straps.

The Fitness Factory

Yes, they are to facilitate squat or arm exercises. They are not rubber as that would absorb the vibration and that would negate the whole purpose.

Can we see a demo on how this works? What do you do on this?

The Fitness Factory

There are thousands of videos on Youtube on how to use vibration machines. You can look at this one for a start: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CcMpLo6iqY4The Frequency is a 3D vibration machine, not side to side like other inferior options.

How does this unit compare with the Frequency 30? What will it NOT DO, or NOT DO as well as, the Frequency 30. Are there any testimonials?

The Fitness Factory

Hi Bob, please visit or call one of our stores that is closest to you. There are many differences between the units and I think it would be easier to explain over the phone or in person.Thank YouTF Team
