My experience with the Treadmill factory was excellent. It was easy to purchase. I chose the pickup option. The day of pickup ( Christmas Eve ), I arrived an hour early. The shipper was kind enough to prepare my pickup and get me on my way. Thank you to the shipper. The gentleman loading the 4 large boxes into my Pathfinder were great. If you have a vehicle smaller than a Nissan Pathfinder you will not be able to pick up this piece of equipment.

The setup of this beast of a smith machine takes a minimum of 2 people. The instructions are terrible and incomplete. At the very least Unified Fitness Group should have a QR code linking to a installation video.

After calling the Treadmill factory for installation tips I now have an excellent piece of equipment that the entire family can make use of.
