overall good product but wish there was some sort of attachment that you could put your knees under to stop you from wanting to be lifted up off the bench when pulling heavier weight . Let me know if anyone has a solution !

Works as expected. Shipped quick. Affordable. One of the foams was a bit ripped but no big deal. Instructions were poor.

The unit works well, however the directions are super poor for assembly. Someone should create a video link for how to install. That would be perfect. For anyone installing just look as close as you can at pictures on line. The guide poles have the bolts already screwed into them so you need to take those out in order to put attachment together and then use those same bolts to fasten attachment. Maybe I'll make a video and attach.

The product is very good, unfortunately the one page instructions included was very sad. Could have saved half the time putting it together with a full instructional manual.
Two metal plates included to build the pulley section was not even listed . So you had to figure out what they were for by trial and error. No information or instructions to complete the pulley section, no reason for this.
Would have given a five star if instructions were normal.

Took some time but easy enough to install by myself. Bought this over a year ago but haven't used it much since I find the cable can get pulled into the pulley wheels and is a bit tedious to remove. Ended up using the chain it comes with close off the bottom one and only use the top pulley system. I wish the pulley system had less space on the sides so it couldn't get stuck the top system works fine with the bottom chained off. For the price it will good enough for most.

The plan we have to use to assemble the whole thing is really not that helpful and is not explained well enough. But once it's done, it's of very great quality and we do not regret adding it to our Power rack! 10/10 would recommand!
