nice piece of equipment

Had this squat and calf station for about a year now. Have to admit, I'm quite impressed with the value and the quality of the workout that it provides. Yes, assembly was a bit of a challenge, but the effort was well worth it. Meets (and exceeds ) my expectations.

Machines awesome , will be my 4th machine this brand and quality is still top tier . Only complaint is the instructions , man are they trash . 4-5 steps in one picture and terrible print quality very hard to tell what goes where and through what.

Can the height be adjusted to permit deep squats or are the knees limited to 90 degrees? I am 5'10"

Hi I been looking at your squat machine for 999.00 I live in Canada Alberta are you guys located Canada and is it free delivery I was looking at it look like it had rubber bands on it instead plates

The unit has band pegs that you can use for resistance training if you didn't want to use plates. You can also increase the weight by using both resistance bands and weights in conjunction with one another.
