very satisfied overall, but i find it needs one more hole to lock it slightly higher. easily fixable mind you, but not everyone can drill steel at home.
my other problem was that canpar really sucked on this delivery, and held the package in a loop of "sorting through facility" then "missort" for like five days before putting it on the truck for delivery, which was very frustrating. so i'd like to have other choices for delivery, i would have paid to avoid canpar if i could have.

The leg extension is really good,nice stretch on the bottom and tension all the way up.For the leg curl once your leg gets bent about 90 degrees there is no more tension on the muscle,you re not lifting the weight anymore so the range of motion is really small.

Used it to attach to my UltraFit505 bench and worked perfectly!

I have a FIT505 Ultra Adjustable FID Bench, and this works perfectly with it. No need for my to drill any extra holes to adjust for my height (I'm 5'9"). I bought it at $169.00CDN. I've been looking for a leg curl attachment, and this is absolutely perfect for me. There seems to be nothing else on the market as far as I can tell. And this is a well made piece of equipment. I'm very happy with it.

Bought this tonfit on my NorthernLight bench and fit perfectly. Easy to assemble, easy to use. The foam are really confortable. This is great i love it

This is a nice, sturdy piece of equipment that fits well on my old Northern Fitness bench that has a spot to acommodate bench accessories made with 1 3/4" square tubing. I'll have to drill new holes on my bench if I want to raise it up, but right now it works well inserted all the way down. My only complaint would be that the sides of my knees tend to dig into the bolts at the top, but I'm not sure how else it could be put together. I've just been using a towel as padding. Overall very satisfied.

Great quality for the price. Foam rolls are comfy against shins when doing leg extensions. Fits into the Fit505 bench but you have to raise the seat a notch to be able to meet the foam rolls that hit at the knee. And the lower swinging arm will hit the bench handle rather than the silver post. If you want to have the knee rolls flush with the Fit505 bench you’d have to drill another hole in the silver post.
