100lbs Heavy Bag v2.0 - Fight Monkey
This bag is TOUGH!
Canvas Lining:
This Fight Monkey Bag Lining is over 2mm thick, versus Standard Heavy Bag lining which is 1/2 mm thick, making this bag much more durable and resistant to ripping.
Hydraulically filled with shredded dense fibres:
No Sand or alternate weights used - ONLY fibres. This ensures a more even striking surface, and equal density throughout the entire bag.
- 50" Long x 14" Diameter
- Includes Heavy-Duty Chain Assembly
Great bag! This bag is pretty darn awesome, heavy and holds its shape really well. I opened it slightly to check the filling, and it appears to be fibre-filled around what seems like a metal core. Definitely better than sand, which can settle at the bottom over time like a concrete bag. The swivel and chain seem to be good quality, though I knocked off a star for the chain hooks on the bag. They’re attached with four screws, which is sturdier than stitching alone, but because they’re exposed, you risk ripping your gloves if you hit that area. I’ve mounted the bag high enough to avoid it for the most part, but a wild overhand hook could still make contact. I plan to cover the screws with some thin foam and gorilla duct tape to be safe.
This bag is a beast. It’s definitely tough at the beginning but it breaks in as bags do. The hanging carabiners could be a little more heavy duty, but I replaced those easy enough with better ones. It’s a great all around bag
Good quality. Love using it, such a good workout.
The wife and I are very satisfied so far with this bag (100lbs). Arrived faster than I expected, easy to install, great workout.
bag has nice give not to hard and not too soft
Excellent bag, easy to install.
Exactly what I wanted. Great quality product. As well, costumer service was awesome! Thanks Treadmill Factory!
Does it come with all hardware needed to install it onto my basement metal I-Beam? I assume I'd need a metal bracket of some sort? Thanks
Only the bag and chain are included with this purchase. You will need a mount to hook it up to an I-beam
Is it for outside use ?
Indoor use only
Would you be able to tell me how dense it is? some bags are quite hard and i'm looking for something with some give to it.
Hi Corrie, The FM Heavy Bags are quite soft and have some give to them. They are stuffed with textiles which allows the bag to dissipate the punch.
How much is shipping the Fight Monkey 100 lb. heavy bag, to North Vancouver? Thanks
Hi Brian,To determine the most accurate shipping rate, please add the item to your shopping cart and on the checkout page, enter your postal code. Based on the size and weight of the total order and the exact location, you will receive a few options for shipping (standard vs express).Thank you
Does this bag come with the chain to hang it? Is it hangable on a chin up bar that is extremely strong?
Hi Darryl,The Fight Monkey 100lbs heavy bag does include the chain. It is ideal to hang a bag from a heavy bag swivel which would allow the bag to rotate freely. It may be best to contact a contractor to determine if your chin up bar setup will be safe enough to hold the heavy bag.Thank you
