IS YOUR SERVICE CREW PART OF THE TREADMILL FACTORY OR A TRUSTED TREADMILL FACTORY PARTNER (THIRD PARTY)?
Our service crew consists of both The Treadmill Factory technicians and also trusted Treadmill Factory partners.
HOW MUCH WILL IT ROUGHLY COST TO REPAIR?
$179 for the first hour and $120 for the second hour + a mileage fee of $2 per km one way (first 30km from Markham store is free). Additional visits are $120 per hour + cost of goods if not covered by warranty. We may be able to diagnose and repair the issue in the first visit.
However, should the technician require a second visit to complete repairs due to a part that needs to be ordered and replaced, it will cost $120 + the cost of the part(s), if it is not covered under warranty. Please note, mileage is applicable on each visit. All prices are before tax and there is a $40 fee for missed appointments.
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHY MY CARDIO EQUIPMENT STOP WORKING?
We will try and do a diagnosis over the phone based on the information given by the customer. Please bear in mind over the phone diagnosis is never 100%.

We will have the tech call you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment please make sure you have registered your unit on RegisterMyWarranty.ca
WHICH AREA DOES YOUR SERVICE TEAM SERVICE?
We do the GTA mostly however if the customer is outside the 30km radius to the nearest Treadmill Factory then there will be a travel fee associated with the call $1 per km.
WHAT PARTS DOES TF CARRY?
We have lower control boards, upper control boards, walking belts, drive belts, motors, reed switches, safety keys, rollers, flywheels, pedals, generators, repair cables as well for universal gyms.
