Great equipment
This bike is comfortable and easy to use. I like the built in fan and weight holder. You do have to pay for the membership to use any programs.

Challenges with both Bike and iFit
The pedestal holding the handle bars wobbles side to side when pedalling; the seat is fixed in position so it cannot be tilted front to back and we keep sliding off the front of the seat; we have reached out to iFit 7 times by email and phone asking them to provide step by step detailed instructions on how we can create a workout, save it, find it again to do another workout? But they have yet to reply, very frustrating as it was the reason we bought the bike.
