The XM FITNESS Ski Trainer brings the upper body workout to everyone. XM FITNESS brings you one of the most rigorous workouts you can handle. Our Ski Trainer develops both strength and endurance and is a full-body workout that fully engages your core. Utilize both the double pole and a classic alternating arm technique just like you are actually skiing.

This console is an easy to use and upgradeable performance monitor. This console will help you to accurately measure your progress, as well as compare your scores with others.

ERGONOMIC HANDLES
The XM Ski Trainer's handles are ergonomic, strapless and provide a comfortable, secure grip regardless of how intense your exercise gets.
FLYWHEEL & DAMPER
The spiral damper allows you to adjust your workout by controlling the airflow going to the flywheel. Changing the resistance will have you feeling like you are gliding on a flat terrain or climbing uphill.
SUPERIOR CONSTRUCTION
The XM Ski Trainer comes with a platform, giving you the option of either assembling it as a freestanding unit or wall mounting it to save space. We have equipped this unit with high-end cords that are light weight but stronger than steel to give you a smooth and reliable drive system.

excellent machine
I just recently purchased this machine through the treadmill factory s online store. Machine was shipped free and in my driveway with in a week. Took no time at all to set up. i was a bit shy of buying this brand as i had only used the concept 2 model at my local gym but I'm happy to say I'm actually liking this one better, the fly wheel seems much smoother and more controlled then the concept 2. I have been building my home gym for 2 years now and this final piece of equipment makes it complete. By far the best piece of equipment I have used, so glad I finally own my own one now, highly recommend
