The Ironax XLP Leg Press is a great addition to any home gym environment. This unit comes with stainless steel weight horns, superior padding material, canvas upholstery and additional carriage position setting. The XLP is compact but holds heavy weight. It is one of the most compact leg press machines on the market today, and offers a 1000 lbs. weight capacity. Equipped with dual safety catches on each side, with a large foot plate and an adjustable back rest for different leg press positions.

Solid Compact Leg Press
Very impressed with the quality of this product. It’s compact, but built like a tank with high quality materials. The packaging was excellent, the directions were pretty good for assembly. My only complaint is that the left and right handles were mislabelled, so I have to partially disassemble and reassemble to get them in the correct orientation on their proper sides. It was frustrating. Double check the orientation of the handles and the locking mechanism beforehand!

Great leg press. Very good quality for the price. Smooth and stable motion. Built like a tank. The only negative was the assembly instructions which could be improved to be made a little more clear. Other than that, solid machine!

I vacillated for YEARS on whether to get a leg press for my home gym. I live in northern Ontario and there isn’t a good leg press at either of the two local gyms. When I say good, I mean in large part a nice wide platform and a good range of motion so that I can go very deep with a wide stance to hit those thigh muscles at and below my butt, which releases that sweet, sweet testosterone due to it being a large muscle group, and really aids my overall power. I find this tough to do with conventional heavy squats because of the stress it puts on my knees and compression on my spine. Yes, I could get knee sleeves and a lifting belt, but they only mask the issue. Anyway, this leg press meets my expectations in this respect and really in all others.
