Due to the current global circumstances and high customer care volumes, we regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to provide any services for machines not purchased from the Treadmill Factory. If the unit you require assistance with has been purchased with us, please proceed to filling out a Service Request Form via the link www.requestservice.ca
• A proof of purchase such as an invoice #, date of purchase and or brand/model/serial # will be required in order to qualify for a service ticket.
• Upon receiving the completed Service Request Form, a Parts and Service representative will contact you to assist you further.
• For any units not purchased from the Treadmill Factory, we apologize for any inconvenience and we hope to be able to service such requests again in the near future.
