Great for doing body-weight dips

This band is great for doing body-weight dips by giving you just enough assistance to complete full dips if you're still building up your upper body strength. Excellent quality band that is worth every penny I paid for it. I will be using these for pull ups eventually. The length of the band is perfect for dips and pull ups.
