perfect for me
These things are pretty straight forward, they allow you to get a better and deeper push up. Made pretty simple, you can probably make your own, but for the price, this is worth it IMO. Thanks guys!
Simple, yet effective
Got these mainly for warming up to bench exercises, to get a better stretch and a deeper push up, and they do just that. Also use them for a shallow dip. Simple construction with what seems to be PVC. They are well priced, so figured that I couldn't go wrong with these. I'm happy with my purchase :)
They do the trick.
They're made of cheap plastic. That said, they hold up just fine and don't give me any reason to doubt they'll last. I'm only 145lbs, though. I'd maybe consider something more solid if you're a bigger guy approaching the 200lb mark. Not sure how they'd do there.
