The Olympic-width rack is adjustable to accommodate multiple workouts, users, and comfort levels. With integrated safety spotters, you can perform bench presses, squats, or other weightlifting exercises.
For convenience and safety, this bench features adjustable uprights to hold weights in place before and after your workout.
