The Element 9517 is a pin loaded machine for mainly working out the triceps brachii muscles (Triceps) and auxiliarily working out serratus anterior muscle. The exerciser could effectively work out the muscle of upper arm and trunk by pushing the actuating arm handles at two sides at the same time after choosing appropriate weight.
