The Element 9519 is a pin loaded machine for mainly working out the latissimus dorsi muscles (Lats) and auxiliarily working out musculus biceps brachii (Bis) and deltoid muscle (Delts). The exerciser could effectively work out the muscle of back, shoulder and arm by pulling the handles at two sides after choosing appropriate weight.
