IRONAX Leg Extension / Leg Curl

Very good quality not cheap. I love it except the leg curl feels very awkward. But it’s great for the quads.

Thanks for the quick delivery. It was a bit tricky to assemble but i got it. The machine is very sturdy, no wobbling, and smooth overall movement. I am quite happy with the quality of this unit. The padding is very comfortable and decent range of motion on both exercises. I load it with 45lb plates and it feels just like a commercial gym machine. Thanks for the value. Enjoying my leg days !

Good. Assembly was easy and straight forward. Only downside has been the limited resistance at the beginning of the movement due to gravity.

The assembly instructions were fairly decent with machine but they certainly could be better. There were assembly steps missing. You definitely want to use a weight collar as the weights want to rotate off toward falling due to the machine motion. Overall it’s really good.

I was in the market for a good quality leg extension/curl for a while. I ultimately chose this Ironax machine and was not dissapointed. The build quality is excellent. Packaging was great and assembly was easy. I was hesitant at first about getting a plate loaded machine because of the strength curve (little to no felt weight at the start of the movement). This can easily be fixed by using a 25-35 lb plate on the stop pin to adjust the starting point of the lever arm and the overall strength curve. All in all, an awesome machine and I get an almost commercial gym quality movement with this small strength curve adjustment.

Bought this as an addition to our home gym. Looked at a number of similar units before deciding on this one. Am very pleased with the quality of the unit in relation to the price. It’s very nice and functions well for both Leg Extensions and Leg Curls. Really enjoying doing the leg curls sitting upright. Happy with the purchase. Thank you

Overall I’m happy about my machine!! It’s so much comfortable then the one at the gym. But how do I use it for the leg curl part? I can’t figure it out for the life of me. When I ordered this machine I was really wanting to have both leg extension & leg curl combined in my routine. Anyways, any advice would be appreciated thnx!

A solidly built machine which works very well. Resistance curve is better for extensions than the leg curl but you can still feel a great stretch and contraction when the machine is set up correctly. Check YouTube for some easy hacks on increasing the resistance. Highly recommended and seems like it will last a long time.

I prefer to use this machine hooked up to a cable pulley as it provides a constant tension compared to when you only use the weights it does lack the bottom end resistance you need. IT is so comfortable and solid. For the price it cant be beat! Great for extensions and curls.

The machine is great - no complaints. Wasn’t too bad to put together although the instructions could be more clear.

The parts had dirt in them like soil. The soil went everywhere as I unpackaged. Kind of weird…didn’t seem very sanitary.

Really good range of motion with tension for a plate loaded leg extension. Highly recommend if you want to look like a Greek God.

I assembled it myself. It didn’t take too long. The instructions were poor but it was fairly elementary to figure out.

I love this machine. Smooth operation; easy transition from extensions to curls. It is a great addition to the home gym. If you are expecting commercial level quality, it is not quite that but it is pretty close.

Machine works well, it lacks tension at the bottom of the movement but works well for a home gym

Product was easy to assemble. It's comfortable, great and easy to use. Quality is amazing and the pads are also very thick. Support a lot of weight and I can easily feel the hamstrings and fully feel the quads working. Great product! Fast delivery too : )

Very nice, versatile leg machine that's made to a high standard. I would prefer that the leg extention pad could be made to be fixed hen in use, especially when doing leg extensions, as it moves a bit which I finds takes away from the effectiveness of the exercise. Other than that, I am extremely impressed with the quality and overall functionality of this machine.

Delivery was prompt, only 7 days from ordering via FedEx. Product quality better than expected. Fairly robust and assembly was straight forward. Recommend using medium band and weights for hamstrings to keep tension constant through ROM.

Extremely well-built machine. Feels like commercial grade material. Very solid and sturdy. Have used it multiple times and my legs are always sore from training which is great. Highly recommend for a home gym.

Thus is an excellent machine for the price . If you follow the instructions then set up is 30 minutes. The machine is smooth and comfortable and accommodates both shorter and taller people with ease.

The Ironax Leg Ext./Leg Curl is probably the best choice of addition to your home gym if you need a machine for leg targeting. Great price, great quality, great stability, and great machine smoothness. Would recommend this thing in any application.

Issues: the blasting media used before coating is stuck in the handles causing it to not work properly, I had to take everything apart and clean. My package was missing one of the 10mm recessed bolts. When I read comments about how much weight it can handle and 5 plates was the response, I was disappointed that at 160lbs the whole machine tips back and forth when lifting. I tried it with 220lbs and it tips really bad. Guess that’s why they added the plate holder on the back.

I own several Ironax machines and I love them all. I have the leg press, xlt functional trainer, benches ext. Ironax make quality equipment at a budget friendly price. The leg extension/curl machine is more massif in person. I tried 6 plates on it and it performs great. For the price you can’t go wrong.

Everything went well from online ordering to pickup to assembly and first use. No complaints whatsoever.

I can't express how well built and smooth this unit is. I am absolutely blown away at the quality for the price of this unit. This unit is a commercial quality unit at truly a residential price. I got it on sale and I can't recommend it enough. The unit is WAY better in person versus the online pictures. Great job IRONAX!
