The following information will be required when you have arrived for pickup:
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID containing your current billing address. (if you have recently moved, please ensure you have made the appropriate changes to your ID or provided proper documentation.)
- Bring the Credit Card used for your Online transaction.
- The order will ONLY be released to the purchaser on file.
- Drive directly to the warehouse and head to the yellow door to check in.
- Only ONE person or Two persons from the same family permitted in the check in lobby.
- Bring someone to assist in the loading (we are not permitted to help).
- Ensure the size of the vehicle is adequate for your purchase.
- Boxes may weigh up to 300 lbs each and as long as 7 feet.
- Pick-Up Wait times may reach as much as 90 minutes.
- Wait times are dependent on how fast vehicles are able to move once they have received their goods.
As a result of recent increase in credit card fraud, you may be asked to verify your credit card transaction with our payment provider at time of pickup to ensure your payment is safe and secure. The Treadmill Factory will create a micro-transaction of $2 for which you will need to insert the credit card into our credit card terminal and verification using your pin.
The original credit card must be used for this micro-transaction. The amount of the micro-transaction will automatically be credited back to your account within 7 to 14 business days.
If the $2 does not get approved, we are unable to release the goods at that time. You may wish to make alternative payment arrangements with our staff, or the order automatically will be cancelled, and the original charge will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days.
Please note: that these measures are in place to protect both our legitimate customers and The Treadmill Factory.
Due to our current volume and space limitations, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded if not picked up within 14 days.
All deliveries are made curbside only, unless otherwise specified.
Small Parcel (Courrier Fedex, Canada Post etc.)
Signatures are not required for Small Parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door on the delivery date with your name, request, and tracking number.
Current processing times are approximately 1-2 business days. Your order will move to our warehouse in preparation for our packing and shipping stages. Please allow between 2-7 business days (depending on where you live) in transit for delivery.
Large Parcel (LTL, Skidded deliveries)
All oversized items are shipped with a trucking company.
Oversized items ship on a weekly basis, please allow between 7-14 business days for arrival after your order has been processed. Please note, we request that all trucking companies call to schedule a drop off date. We will also pay to have a liftgate to lower the product from the truck.

IN-HOME DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICE
We understand that you may require assistance in getting the equipment to the room of your choice and having it assembled. We happily offer this service in most major cities across Canada.
The rate will usually start at an additional $249, but will require us to obtain an accurate price from your local service provider.

If you are sick, or someone in your home is sick, please STAY HOME. You will not be granted entrance to the store if you are sick.
Do not bring food or drink into the store. This includes coffee cups.
We can currently accept debit, credit or gift cards. No cash or cheques accepted.
All shoppers must sanitize their hands before they enter the store. Sanitizer will be available at the entrance.
Please limit 1-2 person per household.
For the safety of our customers, our staff and our community, all shoppers must wear a protective mask.
Practice social distancing in the store. Stay 6’ apart and follow all directional arrows.
For safety we recommend children be left at home. Pets are not allowed at this time (service animals excluded).
In store public washrooms are closed.
