Love the bike my only complaint is the Ressisance level 1 seems to be a bit harder than other ones I have road at the gym.

- delivery was as promised - assembly instructions were pretty good (make sure 2 people are doing this together, extremely difficult to assemble alone) - a part was missing - contacted the dealer and they were pretty good about getting the part out to us on the quick side - the bike is great, offers options to use different workout programs or pedal on your own - read the directions and how to use manual....they are very helpful - have had the bike 2 weeks now and are very happy - impressed by how quiet it is
