Assault Air Bike Classic

I’ve had my bike for about 5 months now and I love it. I can lose 2lbs every 7 days if I go 30+ minutes a day 7 days a week. That’s without dieting and pretty much eating whatever. I was just watching calorie intake, and not eating anything big after dinner.

Excellent characteristics in terms of resistance profile. Nice feel of inertia when operating. Clear display and controls. The build in fan is a great feature.

It has been a valuable piece of equipment in my house! I’ve had to refrain from high impact exercise while my back heals and my AirBike gets my heart rate up and is perfect.

I ordered this Air Bike for my home gym, and it is just like the one they had in the gym I used to go to. It is solid, strong and very effective as a Cardio tool, and non-weight bearing/low impact. The box weighed ~100 lbs. but we took the pieces to where it was going to be and then it was easy to assemble using the YouTube video. And takes up less space than a treadmill. I am very pleased to have it in my home.

Very few cardio machines will have the intense crushing effect that an air-resistance bike can have. This is perfect for high intensity intervals. I have tried other brands of air-resistance bikes (airdynes) and I have to say the Assault AirBike is miles above the competition, and you can feel the higher quality of the product when you use it. The assembly was very straight forward. I have been using it for just about a month now and I feel a big difference in my cardio conditioning. I have a love/hate relationship with my airbike. I hate how absolutely crushes me during hard intervals, but I love the effect it is having on my fitness level.

Ordered on Wednesday , was at my door the next day !!. Easy to assemble. Great addition to my Garage Gym . Intervals easy to program or choose from Tabata to 10/20 options. This thing is built like a tank. 1 feedback item is the seat requires some getting used to. However, there are numerous adjustment options. It takes some trial /error to get it work for you.
