Misleading Advertising
The Treadmill Factory itself was nice to deal with. HOWEVER...There was no mention at all that you ALSO have to purchase an iFit subscription just to use the non-proprietary apps, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, a browser, etc. In fact, to use the treadmill in manual mode without the iFit training programs, you can't use Wi-Fi at all. I spent approximately 2.5 hours with tech support (all the while they tried to sell me a subscription) only to find out that the beautiful screen I thought I bought is almost entirely disabled without a paid subscription. This lack of transparency (and burying less-than-forthright information in a footnote) is more than embarrassing and tantamount to bait and switch, and I am reporting iFit to the consumer protection divisions of the provincial and federal governments. A class action lawsuit would be appropriate.

The perfect treadmill!
I've been enjoying my new 1250 treadmill for 3 weeks now and I'm very happy with my purchase. The track has the perfect amout of cushioning. This machine is whisper quiet and so easy to use. The set-up was quick and simple, although it helped having a second person for certain steps. The only disappointment is that the right side fan has not worked since set up (the reason for less than 5 stars) - faulty motor perhaps. Otherwise, it's exactly what I needed and wanted, and such a sleek and simplistic design. My customer service experience from online purchase to home delivery was fantastic. My last Nordictrack treadmill lasted me just over 10 years, with regular use (average of 5-6 days per week). I hope I can say the same for this one years from now!

This is a great treadmill if you like to run 5-10km everyday. Very solid . However , IFIT screen is slow and useless . Service was great
