The NordicTrack G LE Recumbent Bike NTEX99025 offers a supported seated riding position, a 5" backlit display and 20 digital resistance levels. It is a useful alternative to an upright cycle when seat comfort, back support and the position of the pedals are your main buying considerations.
Why choose a recumbent bike?
A recumbent layout places the pedals ahead of the seat instead of beneath a conventional saddle. That creates a different riding posture and may suit your preferences better for longer seated sessions. Try the seat adjustment and access route onto the bike where possible; the category alone does not guarantee a comfortable fit.
How is it different from the upright G LE?
The G LE Upright Bike uses a more conventional cycling position. Compare how each model supports you and how easily you can reach the pedals and controls. For a shared household, check the adjustment range for every intended rider.
What is included in the console?
The listing specifies a 5" backlit display, 20 workout apps, OneTouch resistance controls and a cooling fan. This is not an integrated HD touchscreen for streaming classes. If connected workouts are important, confirm the compatible personal-device and app setup before buying.
Is resistance adjustable without changing my pace?
Yes. The listed 20 digital resistance levels let you change the pedalling effort. That gives you an alternative to simply pedalling faster when varying a session. Set up the seat first so you can maintain a comfortable leg position while using the resistance controls.
