Designed specifically for the XM Tactical Plate Carrier, the unique contoured XM Plate Kits are sold in pairs.

The XM Tactical weight vest weighs 3lbs.

The 20lbs kit requires 2 x 8.5lbs tactical weight plates

The 14lbs kit requires 2 x 5.5lbs tactical weight plates

The 10lbs kit requires 2 x 3.5lbs tactical weight plates

Those plate are not to be used as body armor.

This is a great vest that is very stable during all types of exercise where other vest seems to move excessively and come undone. Would highly recommend. Customer service and products are first class.

Good vest !

Very good product to buy. I use it to cut the grass , incline walks on treadmill , squats. Very strong material and fits well on the body.
