The XM Tactical weight vest weighs 3lbs.

The 20lbs kit requires 2 x 8.5lbs tactical weight plates

The 14lbs kit requires 2 x 5.5lbs tactical weight plates

The 10lbs kit requires 2 x 3.5lbs tactical weight plates

Those plate are not to be used as body armor.

Good vest !

Very good product to buy. I use it to cut the grass , incline walks on treadmill , squats. Very strong material and fits well on the body.

This is a great vest that is very stable during all types of exercise where other vest seems to move excessively and come undone. Would highly recommend. Customer service and products are first class.

What material are the plates made of, also can this be used in airsoft

They are made of pure steel. The dimensions are 11 height by 10 width. Not sure what size plates AIrsoft accommodates.

We only sell plates that max the vest out at 40lbs total. There is likely no way to increase past 40 lbs on this model since the pockets will not accommodate a thicker plate.
