This innovative sit-up assistant can easily slide under any furniture that sits flush to the floor, up to a 0.75” gap, even including doors, creating a solo sit-up station wherever you choose.
Constructed for durability, stability, and simplicity, the Ab Amigo is a sit-up bar that boasts several features. Its flat metal brackets are slid under any furniture, and the vertical sections create an anchor that holds the raised foothold panel in place. The foam padding on the inside of the brackets safeguards against damage, and additional padding under the foothold panel provides the user with added comfort.
The idea for the Ab Amigo came to inventor Dylan Tellam after breaking his dresser by using it as an anchor during sit-ups. While designing this revolutionary product, Tellam realized that he was using too much force and getting too much support from the dresser. The Ab Amigo provides a solution for a sit-up station without overcompensating for the workout, ensuring that you get the most out of your core-training regimen.
