How it works
To connect your Apple Watch to the BowFlex T6 Treadmill, follow these simple steps:
- Hold your Apple Watch near the NFC reader on the treadmill console.
- You will hear a soft beep and feel a vibration when the connection is made.
- Your Apple Watch will display “Connect?” Press “OK”.
- Scroll down on the watch face to select “Indoor Run”.
- You’re ready to begin your workout.
