Perfectly allows you to work on the splits while placing less stress on the knees, especially after a knee injury like mine.

Firstly, the service at the Fitness Factory was great great service and fast shipping.
The machine itself is fantastic and does exactly what it’s supposed to. It’s well constructed and operates smoothly.
The instructions for assembly were terrible. Use whatever clips you can find on YouTube and think your way through it. Roughly a 1.5 - 2 hour ordeal.
But all in all, a great purchase.
