Originally designed as a training tool for cross-country skiers, the SkiErg has been embraced by the fitness community for its ability to work legs, core and arms in a smooth, continuous motion. With the same flywheel and Performance Monitor as our RowErg, the SkiErg offers a unique workout that will build your strength and endurance. The motion of skiing is unique, offering significant upper body and core exercise while also engaging the lower body. As well as giving you a great workout, the SkiErg works the glutes, hamstrings, triceps, lats and shoulders in a way that other cardio workouts can’t.

The SkiErg provides a low impact exercise that is easy on the knees and ankles. It easily accommodates athletes with lower leg injuries: injured athletes can sit or kneel, while training at normal intensity and duration using just the upper body and core. It's a great training tool for adaptive athletes, too.

The SkiErg can be wall-mounted giving it a very small footprint or you can add the floor stand (sold separately) with caster wheels for maximum movability. The floor stand is available in two widths, making it suitable for all users.
