Flow 6 - Wall Mount Bracket

This unit is amazing! I’ve owned the Hoist V6 since 2007. I now moved into a smaller house and turned one room into the gym. This is the only unit that made sense! The look is outstanding and the use is similar to the V6. The cables are a little thinner than the V6 but I think they will last. The only nerve racking part was unboxing the unit. It comes fully assembled and weights 500lbs. I am a trade person with an extremely helpful wife. It took two of us to disassemble this unit and install it to the wall. Get a pro to install it if you are not handy, fit and a little nutty. Over all you will love it! Only thing you can’t do with this unit is pull ups. I could never do more than 10 pull ups anyway! This unit is the future of functional trainers!
