Built from coach feedback and rebuilt around how it actually gets used, the Nike Strength Pro Utility Pin earns its place on the rack by doing more than one job. A 12-inch loadable section takes multiple resistance bands at once, and a thicker 29mm profile doubles as a solid handhold for Hatfield squats — the safety-squat-bar variation where athletes hold a fixed front support to take upper back and spinal loading out of the lift and overload the quads. A UHMW liner stamped with tonal Swooshes keeps metal off the rack and holds plates from rotating on the pin. Threaded ends and a knurled knob mean it stores on a lower crossmember when the session is done, instead of on the floor.
JUST DO IT.
