P90X Chin Up Bar Official

I live in Vancouver. This chin-up bar was sent to my 13-year-old grandson in Quebec for his birthday present back in November. He and his mother tried to put it together but it's missing one very important bolt.

Now we're jumping through all the hoops and bureaucratic red tape, contacting your company, filling out forms online etc. to try to get someone at your company to take action on this. It's no fun and extremely time consuming. We have plenty of other very important things we have to be doing right now, so wasting time on this is ridiculous.

Needless to say, we are NOT happy with your product at all.

The price was excellent (C$ 20); the quality of the product is fairly good; one of the screws was not good, but that's why we have Home Depot, right? Thanks
