Mine works perfectly

I followed the instructions on the Youtube Video and mine works perfectly. Not sure about the other review but mine is excellent and nothing loose. I wouldn't put sand directly in the bag regardless as that is a recipe for it to leak (as is the case with any brand).

Too big

The sandbag is too large for the weight. Other models have Velcro to compress the sandbag around the weight, but this doesn’t so the load will be loose. Also, product returns aren’t accepted so if you don’t like it you’re stuck with it!
