Great fitness gear for apartment
I've had some time to use these weights and I'm very happy with them. The price was great, and they're super easy to adjust. I wish they went up to just a little heavier weight, but these are already good enough for most exercises I want to do regularly to tone my arms and core. Most importantly, the minimal format allows me to keep these right in my living room without taking up precious space or making things look messy. This was really my best option for apartment living.

The Use Of Barbells
I'm 78 years old and I wanted to lift weight to strengthen my muscles. But I wanted light weights because of my age. The Fitness Factory had the ideal set of barbells for me, one for each arm. I am now able to lift these weights comfortably and I can up the weight I lift when I feel comfortable.
