Worst customer service? Theft?

Ordered and paid for 2 items but only got one. Never received the dumbbells. Canpar said they didn't have them. Spoke to someone 3 weeks ago and explained. The box the leg 20 lb leg weights were sent in has a shipping label that says the weight is 31 lbs, but there was no other item in the box nor room for anything else. The agent I spoke to, Edwin, said the items would normally be shipped in 2 boxes but probably only one label was printed. He said to give him a few days to talk to his manager. Still waiting. Also waiting to hear back from 2 phone messages I left subsequently. I receive multiple unsolicited ads from you every day trying to sell me more stuff. I just want what I paid for. So...are you really interested in dealing honestly with customers? Doesn't look like it.
