Hello,The weight limit for this item is approximately 400lbs. All of the TRX kits including the Pro model suggest the same weight limit.

The TRX HOME2 Suspension Training Kit is great for home workouts, however I do recommend always the Pro or the Tactical because they have rubber handles, which are more durable. They also include an extender which can be used for outdoor workouts when mounting to higher objects like trees. Outdoor people wrap the suspension trainer to trees and bars that are in parks.
