Glute Trainer

Build stronger glutes and improve hip hinge function with our Glute Trainer station, designed to deliver an effective lower-body workout without the discomfort or hassle of balancing free weights on your hips. Tested to withstand more than one million reps—over 4× the industry standard—it’s built for serious training, while refined ergonomics keep even the most demanding sets smooth and comfortable. With an ultra-stable, easy-to-use design and minimal maintenance, it delivers the performance and reliability strength enthusiasts can count on, rep after rep.

Precision Engineering

Optimized user positioning lets strength training enthusiasts securely and comfortably mimic hip bar thrusting with a maximum effective resistance of 222 kg / 489 lbs., all without occupying in-demand Olympic Bars.

Refined Ergonomics

The molded polyurethane foam pads and contoured touchpoints are sculpted with the human form in mind, making even intense workouts comfortable, especially when compared to using barbells and dumbbells.

Secure Use

An extra-large, non-slip platform provides secure and comfortable foot placement to better engage glute muscles.

Training Variety

Built-in band pegs allow for resistance training that can be done with or without weight plates, offering increased exercise variety and explosive movement options.

Superior Stability

Extensive testing that mimics both normal and extreme use validates the superior stability of our design.
